What property owners usually ask before refurbishment.

When does a flat roof need refurbishment?

Typical warning signs include recurring leaks, cracks or blisters in old waterproofing, damp areas, damaged junctions or drainage problems. An inspection helps determine whether a local repair is enough or a full-area refurbishment is more sensible.

Can a terrace be refurbished without complete demolition?

Depending on the existing build-up, a new PVC waterproofing layer can often be installed without removing the existing tiles. Dry-laid paving on pedestals can then be used as a walking surface.

Which waterproofing systems do you use?

Depending on the roof build-up and use, we work with systems including PVC membranes and modified bituminous membranes. The final choice depends on substrate, detailing and the condition of the existing roof.

Do you also install insulation?

Yes. Depending on the construction, we use EPS/polystyrene, mineral wool or PIR boards.

Do you work on garages and halls?

Yes. We refurbish individual and row garages as well as larger hall and warehouse roofs.
